Maintenance Notification:

CUSI will perform scheduled maintenance on November 24, 2025 at 6:00 AM CST to enhance our systems' performance, security, and reliability. During this time, the following services may be unavailable or experience brief issues:

·         Stripe Payment Services: Stripe payments may briefly fail to process or post to the UB

Maintenance Objectives: We focused on improving accuracy and reducing delays in payment-related processes. The key updates include:
  • Stripe Server Update
    • Fixed the Active Disputes widget so it now shows only disputes that require a response, instead of all disputes from the past 18 months.
    • This ensures users see relevant and actionable information.
  • Reduced E-Check Funding Delays
    • Optimized processes to minimize delays in e-check funding, improving overall transaction speed.
  • Correction to Stripe Daily Payout Report
    • The report now correctly displays the previous day’s date, ensuring accurate reporting for daily payouts.
