Stripe has new account requirements that must be satisfied on certain merchant accounts prior to April 15, 2024.

CUSI is reaching out to each of our Stripe clients that have additional information required on their merchant accounts. This information must be updated by April 15, 2024 to prevent service interruptions with payment processing.

If you have received or do receive a notification from CUSI Payment Services, this is legitimate, urgent, and should be addressed as soon as possible. Failure to do so may lead to service disruption.
