CUSI would like to remind our clients that utilize Stripe payment processing AND Auto-Batching in UMS that you might need to update the time your Auto-Batching is currently set to in order to reconcile payments as expected due to the time change. Customers utilizing Bluefin payment processing are NOT impacted.

Please take the time to check your Auto-Batching time settings. To do this, please do the following:
Select: Setup > Company > Payment Options

If “Batch Electronic Payments” is enabled and you are set to midnight in your time zone, no action is required.
If “Batch Electronic Payments” is enabled and you are set to any other time, please update it to reflect 12:00am UTC for the new Daylight Savings Time. For your convenience, here is a list of that conversion per time zone:

AKDT – 4:00 PM
PDT – 5:00 PM
MDT – 6:00 PM
CDT – 7:00 PM
EDT – 8:00 PM
